Who Are You?
Don’t be shy to tell, and be honest! What is your Archviz Skill Level? I’d like to offer the right stuff for you (and give you a small gift too).
Go ahead and take the Survey, and contact me – writing what is your biggest trouble with Architectural Visualization?
And pick one of the gifts on offer :
- A DesignConnected Model
- PureLIGHT HDRi Sky
- Do you model with SketchUP? If so I’m offering to review your model… A second opinion can go a long way 😉
Upcoming…
With the aim of making all of you Black Belt Kick A$$ Ninjas! A new making-of article by Federico Spoltore will be posted later today 😉
Check out his Saint Benedict Chapel 3D Recreation thread of the forums to see what he’ll be writing about.
A new miniCHALLENGE is also cooking and about to be ready later this week… stay tuned for that too 😉
Letting people see the survey’s ongoing results is not a smart move if you want honest answers. At least that’s what crowd psychology tells us. 😉
@Jay Wdlr I’ve done both hidden and viewed surveys in the past… I see your point, but there are benefits both ways.
This time, the Ninjas do not hide!!! They are in attack mode 😉
You are sending in great feedback! Keep it coming… I try to reply to you all, but there are a lot of you so please be patient 😉
Gifts will be sent out in a few days.
@ronenbekerman When do you plan on closing the survey and posting the results? Just curious as to how the survey turned out as a whole. Thanks.

Hi, Congratulations for your blog, I find it quite interesting and useful. I am an architecture student and I just start in modeling and architectural visualization. I use SketchUp and V-Ray, but it is difficult to me to understand and configure the vispot. What do you recommend me?
Ronen,
Are you taking this survey for personal use to better the site or do you plan on posting a final tally once the survey has ended? It would be interesting to see how the numbers compare between the different options given at the end. As far as making your site better, I think this site is the perfect blend of featured work and tutorials for artists that have been in the field for quite some time. Thanks.

well,I studied architecture.working as an interior designer for about 4 years & using 3ds max & v-ray for all my project presentation.I’m not amateur but I need a lot to learn, mostly making materials & lighting. since I visited your blog I learned a lot.thank you so much for all things you shared with us
I find computer graphics as a infinite space where I can create reality even if its virtual only. Try to make it my way and try to make it beautiful.

Hey,
i studied architecture, but since I’m finished I’m somehow more interested it the visualization process than to actually build stuff. I used to model in sketch up and render in cinema 4d. My problem is that i would like to switch to 3DS Max but since I’m using a mac there is just view alternative. Do u have some suggestions?
@stv why you like to make the change?
@ronenbekerman Are you familiar with C4D? I don’t know but of all software i ever used i like C4D the least. Since it is the only real Render program i know i hope 3DS Max is not too similar to it.
And all the tutorials here are for 3DS 😉 … or do you know some good C4D Tutorials?
Thank you all very much for your feedback and sharing. I started to send out the PureLIGHT’s and later on will handle the DC models too 😉
Thank You Ronen for amazing HDRI!
Take care!
@plumber You are most welcome 😉
Hi ronen, i’ve taken your surveying and i can’t remember if i chose one of your gifts:D what do i have to do, and by the way i’ve sent you some of my works and waiting for your right offers 🙂
