Main idea was to make a house project as simple as possible.
The Coworking 2040 by
The Coworking 2040 is inspired by the Linehouse project for WeWork offices in Shanghai. Our interior design has been inspired in Justina Blakeney and her book The New Bohemians. She is an artist and designer passionated about color, patterns and plants and I felt that her style works well with this project and the look and feel that I wanted.
Elegant House by
I always do personal projects to test and improve lights, materials and composition.
Modeling was done in AutoCAD and 3d Studio Max.
I used floor generator to model and texture the parquet floor.
I wanted a smooth, diffuse, white light from exterior with overexposed background, like most scandinavian interior design projects.
I put great focus on composition and camera focal length.
In V-Ray I used Brute Force and Light cache method, plus progressive rendering.
Depth of field and glow was done directly from V-Ray. Post production in Photoshop with some color correction, levels, chromatic aberration.

Simon’s House by Jonatan Mercado
I remember when I found this artist and his artwork last year. It blew my mind. This piece was my break-through into Simon Stalenhag’s universe.
I wanted to convert this piece into 3D immediately.
