This is one of two images created in an invited bid for a social housing estate regeneration scheme in North London.

Originally, we wanted to create more moody shots to suit the way London looks most of the time (it does get cloudy here a lot!) but eventually managed to settle for an after-shower scene due to client comments. We tried to create an image that looked natural – not overcrowded, not too glitzy and a bit rugged and true to real life. The result was well received and an accurate portrayal of what the finished scheme would probably look like.

Initially I wanted to do a different job from the conventional one, a project to explore art and technique for something bigger. Something with meaning and feeling. So I thought of a personality that I have a great admiration for and inspired me to choose the theme and direction of art. I believe that art is the transmission of feelings that the artist experienced.

I saw this house on archdaily. I liked it so I covered it, with some changes from myself.
I use sketchup to model the project. I use skatter to distribute trees, and render with vray 3.4 for sketchup.
I loved the house at first sight, I kept the architecture of the house, and changed the landscape of the trees around to my liking. hope you enjoy it.

The Kutuzovsky 12 is Capital Group’s new house within the Moscow.
We had the privilege of playing around with this cool project by “Tsimaylo Lashenko and partners” located in Moscow, Russia.
