KT-27 is our big new project. The project consists of exterior and interior renders as well as animation.
KT-27 is located in Hong Kong. In a very beautiful and picturesque location. It consists of a main building (a high-rise apartment building) and townhouses. The exterior renders were made for both the main building and the townhouses. The 3d modelling of the objects and parts of the surrounding area were done by us according to the drawings.

The Dining Room of 5th Avenue Tower presents the opportunity to reinterpret a more fluid, organic and versatile design, built around the hierarchy of common and private spaces merged into a unique atmosphere for residents and their guests.
Functions such as ‘cooking’ or ‘eating’ are thus conceived as an open-plan capable of covering different uses, sometimes simultaneously, underlined by a visual and spatial continuity through its transparency, natural light and a minimalist material palette.

Waha Mada 3D Architectural Visualization by Pixarch by Pixarch
Waha Mada lives up to its exotic essence with the exceptional elevation engineering of Pixarch. The sand dunes and oasis shots in the lead in angles build up the environment before the actual entrance of the project which creates quite an impressive impact.
The cruising on the boulevards with splendorous scenes of the surroundings reflect Pixarch’s augmented artistry. The 3D movement depicts the series of six identical towers with dynamically distinguishable features. Each floorplan and layout is effective and elegantly represented for the elevated effect.
