Jahan Apartment by Ahmad Eghtesad

It is easy to model a residential area where all the houses are the same, but the point is how a different building in terms of appearance and size can be well placed in visualization.
The Jahan apartment is different from all the points of its residential area, however, in this project, I tried to create the materials as realistic as possible, such as white brick, which is modeled vertically.
The alley is made up of people of different ages but most of them are very old, we try to show them in the visualization too.
but the main Idea was the difference in height of our building with other houses which I tried to show the difference as a good thing.

“Symbol” Residential Complex by Photoreal3D

Away from busy street life, a landscaped courtyard greets residents and seeks to create an atmosphere where people are again connected to each other.

While creating this 3D-image, we strived to zoom in on the details to give an effect of action freeze mode. This architectural render reads like a visual entry in a very personal diary.

Dyvik Tomt by Olzhas Aldabergenov

Dyvik 16&18 cabins field is located by the beautiful skerries in Lillesand and Blindleia.It is centrally located in Sørlandet. From Kristiansand and Kjevik airport it takes 30 minutes to drive to Dyvik cabin field. Cities such as Grimstad and Arendal are also half an hour away by car. The archipelago around Lillesand is nationally known for its beautiful nature.

Bugatti Chiron by Milan Stankovic

Bugatti Chiron image was a big challenge to create. First, creating detailed 3d model using standard modeling tools in 3ds max. After that experimenting with V-ray lights and materials to create a realistic image as an output. In the final stage some color corrections was made in Photoshop, using mostly Camera raw.
