Belsay Indigo Industrial Kitchen CGI by Pikcells
Here’s one of our new industrial styled kitchen CGIs. Exposed brickwork and metal framed shelving is definitely on trend this year, here we’ve combined both with an indigo traditional blue shaker kitchen and industrial fittings to add the finishing touch. You can really see the detail that the artists have put into each 3D model, from the exquisite cabinet woodgrain textures to the complimenting props on the open shelving, selected by our interior designers.

This one is one of the previous year’s projects, I designed and modelled it before but, last week I tried to change the whole thing and wanted to show some greenery in it, it turned out to be a standing bonsai tree in the middle of the showcase. The lighting for this scene was a bit tricky, I tried to manipulate the real light and make something fantastic looking because I think some bars have to look a bit out of this world. And these are the final results.

JJ Heights Visualized by Pixarch by Pixarch
Illuminating addition to the beauty of Bahria Town Karachi, JJ Heights was a premium project assigned to us. Pixarch team developed an appealingly realistic visualization equally premium in quality. In the 3D virtual walkthrough, you can see the expertise with which the slightest details were interestingly incorporated to capture the viewer’s attention. The idea was to take him in to the world of his imagination where he could see the life of his dreams playing right in front of him.
JJ Heights is a monument of superiority so it was easy to visualize it in the equally superior manner. Take a look yourself and witness beauty and brilliance flashing before you on your screen.

At the intersection of Division du Général Leclerc and Paroy streets, Providencia takes advantage of Lumicene curved glass windows, strategically placed at the corner of the building in order to articulate the North and South facades and minimize the ground floor constraints of this urban area.
Steel and glass are blended with the plaster finish while the two top floor penthouses are underlined by a beige metallic cladding.
30 apartments are distributed over six floors, preserving its singularity as well as offering a wide choice of typologies adapted to the current lifestyles through a well-designed achievement in the heart of the city.
