“River Park” Residential Complex by Photoreal3D

Despite growing in the urban core, River Park is being developed in the area surrounded by green spaces. A few of the conservation zones within an easy walking distance include a historical and architectural open air museum and 960 acres of city park.

To emphasize location, we’ve decided to show the complex from a distance and to establish a scene in terms of place and viewer’s emotional relationship to the environment.

Zola Soft Matte Kitchen Interior by Pikcells

Lighting is a fundamental component of composing a cracking CG image. When used correctly lighting can elevate a strong design by creating distinct atmospheres, tell the viewer where to look or simply just balance a scene to make the photorealism look more natural.

We’ve designed and styled this interior in house with the CG scenes created using 3DSMax and rendered using Corona renderer. Additional props like the soft furnishings were individually modelled with tweaks in Zbrush. Colour accuracy adjustments and finishing touches were added using Adobe Photoshop and Fusion Studio 16.

The lack of architectural separation for different work activities in Iranian factories is the major reason for the low quality of living spaces for such functions. Our program was to separate main functional spaces with slabs in different levels and create custom architectural Quality for each function.
As an industrial town, Mahmoud Abad didn’t have a good facade system looks and every facade in this area looks at each other. We design a double facade system to save more energy and privacy for Office spaces and also we use brick and concrete blocks to have the same look as other facades.

Vivá Palmas do Arvoredo by TORQUATOREGIS

Surrounded by mountains, Praia de Palmas has the sea in shades of green and blue. Refuge for those looking for tranquility in contact with nature and comfort at the same time. Located in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil.

The interior concept was designed using natural materials and sober colors. So that the entire project would complement the surrounding nature.

We seek to convey, through aerial photography, the balance of the project and nature in its entirety.
