Ostrov Residential by Photoreal3D

Our long-term client – Donstroy, one of the largest developers of Russian real estate – has entrusted our team to get on with this project.

Donstroy marketing managers always have a clear sense of purpose. To help them reach their goals we encourage them to engage in the design process and to take an active part in it. This project is no exception. We’ve worked out together with the client ideas and solutions which have enabled us to tell a right story about an architectural concept and to communicate a conceptual narrative.

We have created 20 highly detailed 3d images using different camera angles. We’ve strived to conjure up in the viewer’s mind a verdant urban paradise that offers residents a resort-like atmosphere and wakes up the sense of being wrapped up in the garden. To set the mood of coziness and to provide cohesiveness to the different elements of the illustration we’ve amplified the Golden Hour Sunset light effect to serve as a spotlight for the design. We’ve also tried to accurately replicate mirrored surfaces without making them too flawless or too transparent.

Arrachay – CGI by Alireza Khoshpayam

Text description provided by the architects. Arrachay from Quichua language: Arrarray, very caliente (agua termal). Achachay, very frío (páramo andino). This project is auto-commissioned, the culmination of many years of dreams, encompassing local technology, environmental challenges, and small but flexible architecture. Designed during the pandemic, this project is based on the newly used term “workations”. Its purpose is to challenge new ways to work. Working remotely in an incredible natural setting.
Located in the Andean “paramo” of Ecuador near 4000 meters above sea level this project begins from past building experiences mainly in using wood. An earlier project exists on site where the team understood the hardships of building in these conditions. Extremely cold weather is enclosed in an atmosphere of clouds and trees, these are the chilling climate conditions (achachay). The refuge must retain maximum heat on the inside, outside it’s another story. Nearby thermal pools (arrarray) help you relish in this landscape of extremes.

Outpost Nosara by Imminent Studio

This ocean office concept is dedicated to Nosara´s sustainable growth ant it’s located steps away from Guiones beach, the community’s predilect beach for surfing, lounging and watching spectacular sunsets.
While visualizing this project we went through a collaborative process with the project’s founders and designers to really achieve an atmosphere that conveyed the comfort, ergonomy and connection to nature the offices and suites will offer.

Greeding by Duy Phan

Following the Parallel Worlds project led me to these new concepts, as I experimented with new visual approaches to stretch how much I can pull out from an imagined structure. Chapter 3 introduces some closer look and interaction between the design, surrounding landscape and people who temporarily occupy it. Sometimes I find myself being greedy as frankly speaking life is too short for not trying new things every chance you have. Hope you won’t regret following my “inconsistent” visual journey so far and somehow find these enjoyable! 😉
