CHIEN VERT by Alexander Suharukov

Chien Vert is the competition project for the new headquarters of a housing firm in Brussels. It is a renovation of an existing office building.

The concept is to deconstruct the existing building, the only thing that remains is the existing concrete structure.

The top 7 floors will be office space. On the first floor there is an entrance to the underground parking on the left and the lobby and service rooms on the right. A restaurant and a gym will be located on the roof.

The 3d visualization of the architectural project was made for the architectural bureau A2M.

Enjoy the view!

“Pribrezhny Park” Residential Complex by Photoreal3D

The complex is designed to be integrated from the ground up with the suburb, blending in with its rural character and reducing automobile dependency by providing exceptional new spaces to live, work, shop, play and relax.

To establish the scene in terms of time and place we have been experimenting with different compositions and have finally come to the conclusion that a bird’s-eye view best fits the storyline.

Phönix Privatschule by Descover Studio

This project was developed for the internal competition for the Austrian architecture bureau. The concept was based on a non-standard approach to architecture for a usual institution like a school to make it outstanding.

One of the aims of this project was to save healthy trees that are placed on the plot area. Thus the building form is designed so, not to cut the existing trees, save them, and add even more.

The crucial point of the competition was to show the main facade of the presented building. We’ve been working on several points of view to show the main entrance as best as possible.

The functionality of the school plays a great role in the studying process. We’ve tried to make the inner space not only practical on the one side but also entertaining on the other.

Comfortable, well-designed, technically supported spaces in the school are the most integral places where pupils can study, play and enjoy the learning process.

Urban Oasis – Highbury Grove Remake by Philip Moreton

Urban Oasis is a CGI interpretation of the project Highbury Grove by Ritz & Ghougassian Architects.
The architecture was used as a source for testing Poliigon’s concrete block textures that were created in Substance Designer. I was inspired to recreate the project digitally due to the minimalist design of the space and the reduced palette of materials. Additionally the unique layout of the interior with it’s high ceilings and windows provides the perfect opportunity to experiment with a range of lighting moods.

Shaker Chelsea Taupe Kitchen by Pikcells

Inspired by the trend of banquette seating our interiors team have developed this wonderful kitchen layout using natural colours and a beautiful waterfall worktop on the peninsula. Glistening brass accessories and handles complete the look adding more to the elegance and luxury.
We’ve tried to use as much 3D in this scene as possible with the majority of props and items created in 3DSMax and Zbrush. Our final renders have been completed with Corona Renderer and composition in Fusion Studio. Finishing touches and colour accuracy matching has been completed in Photoshop.
