Illuminated with a Vray sun.
We have used Forest Pack from Itoo software to scatter some pines and naked trees on the foreground.
The foreground is also projected on a noisy geometry to create a nice blending between the houses and the ground.
Villa on the lake 
Nice job! Though the boundary between the model and the background image is a little bit distinctive to my eye. Some fog along the zdepth pass could vanish it imho. Otherwise all good I like how the light bring the eye to the main hero subject.
