Visualization of a historic building in Manchester. The interior part was reconstructed. The exterior was offered as an additional evening view, with the aim of showing the new interior from the outside. But we got carried away and it resulted in a new separate image.
Great lighting and contrast on this one CYLIND! The framing of the building is great too and… almost monochromatic. LOVE IT!
NIce view, but doesnt really showcase the interior???
“…But we got carried away and it resulted in a new separate image” – I think the one showing the interior is a different image.
Would love to see it all though 😉
Yup!
Stunning. Absolutely beautiful image and great atmosphere. And a very interesting choice for that low angle of the sun, and the long shadows.
I’m a bit curious here: what was the thought behind the plume of vapor (smoke?) in the foreground. It reminds me of the steam often seen in movies, coming out of vents in cities like New York. I’ve always assumed that the source of such plumes of steam is a subway system. (Not at all sure about this, though. Does Manchester have a subway…?)

Very nice article – and a great documentary. I’ve never known this about New York: fascinating stuff. Thank you for the info!
No it doesn’t have an underground, but is well served by a street level Metrolink tram service!
Hard to be believe this building was constructed in 1939!
