Interstice Facade Study

Bend/Fold

Designed as a prototype for the new lobby entrance, this interstice façade study utilizes architecture renders to visualize and explore the design system of curtain walls. Grounding our ideas through visual software like 3ds Max, Vray and a series of working sketches, we aimed to create an experience that celebrates the exterior wall and creates an inside-to-outside. The experience is through the folding of the curtain wall framing system. We perceive this fold as a gesture that causes an individual to pause at any given moment as one approach the building. To guide one’s eyes are the repetitive structural frames of the curtain wall. The structural frames showcase’s the angled fold of the wall system; thus, creating a shift in the plane of the curtain wall. This same fold in the curtain wall is mirrored in the metal panel cladded roof. We found that through the mirroring of the fold, it further emphasized this gesture. The ending result is a façade that bend and fold in on itself. Developing this project, it was critical that we produce high quality renders that showcased the interaction of the sun in relation to the space during the day. The Orchid – 3D Architectural Visualization by Pixarch

The Orchid is one those few projects that add prides to any company’s reputation. Fortunately, Pixarch was handpicked to design & develop the real-life 3D views, animations, TVC etc. for the highly acclaimed project. Being the first project in Pakistan with an external, exo-skeleton, the project required extreme attention to details, a completely out-of-the-box approach, superior creativity and innovation, and top-of-the-line hardware to execute the rendering perfectly. Tasked with this seemingly impossible task, the team at Pixarch completed the project within a short deadline, but without compromising on anything. The ultra-HD renders were convincingly near-to-life and went a long way in expressing the premium glory of the project.

Sohrab’s House

” Everywhere I am, sky is mine ”
The word “Everywhere” in the poem of the contemporary poet, Sohrab Sepehri, it seams pointing home.
The house, with increasing population, lost a pleasant courtyard and the little balcony took the place and deprived us of looking to sky. The courtyard which solving a thousand problems.
the coolness of summer nights and the gentle warmth of the winter’s sun that gathered family in the open area to enjoy the fresh air. That was a bridge for a slow walk from the outside to inside the house.
The courtyards, as climate change, had the lung function of our neighborhood and a serious role in our communications, communications that are now the main problem for these days. In fact, the Sohrab’s Apartment was a model for sustainability and development.
In design prosses of Sohrab’s apartment we try to study sustainable development of a building from different aspects and give a positive answer to it. The sustainability of the building is not only related to environmental factors and more factors are involved in it. In Sohrab’s apartment, we tried to address various aspects, including cultural and social problems, energy, environment and futurism.

Uprise Waterfront

The amazing graphics and the sound effects added to the 3D walkthrough by Pixarch provides an enigmatic cinematic experience. The ship and helicopter’s aerial view concept is quite original in relation to property depiction. This unravels the creativity used in the portrayal of seafront scenes.
