Almost everything in this building was done is Railclone. I just bought it so I wanted to play with the new toy.
All the pillars, bolts, siding and the fence are RC.
I did the red bark trees which are typically from here but I still have a lot to learn on GrowFX.

We’ve made the 360° panorama tour of a small japanese apartment.
The Japanese style interior design aesthetic is highly tied to the idea of minimalism and negative space. In these small apartment everything has a purpose. No matter how small the area is, you never feel cluttered. Air and energy flow from one room to another so you can there just relax. Natural wood is very often used in Japanese design, combined with sunlight and warmth, light colours even such a small space feels open and order.
White Architects won the design competition with the proposal “Under one roof”.
The building creates a new silhouette in the city and a new venue that connects the different parts and qualities. A house with room for everyone: teenage girls and senior citizens, municipal employees and visitors.
Some pics of one of my latest concept for a bright attic to use as a music room, a little haven where you can relax, listen to music and, why not, play some music too! In addition to rearrange the whole attic floor, the project is composed of a “L” shaped black stained ash wood cabinet (with natural ash wood interiors) that has the dual purpose of storage space and acoustic insulation.
As always, we worked hard on the details: the entire structure was deliberately lifted from the floor in order to be able to insert a modular sofa or hassocks with a minimal amount of space. In addition, this cabinet integrates, in its central section, four wooden QRD sound diffusers hidden with retractable doors in order to obtain considerable acoustic benefits.
The designer was very demanding. They played with designs and material that took me long time to implement… finally I finished with these images.

The Benesse House Oval is one of the buildings designed by Japan architect, Tadao Ando as part of the Benesse Art Site Naoshima. The Benesse facility consists of four buildings, all designed by Tadao Ando.
The Benesse House Museum, Oval (opened in 1995), Park and Beach (both opened in 2006) in the island of Naoshima.
