They won the competition for a 70,000 m2 mixed use building right next to the central station of Eindhoven.
We felt extremely happy when our 15 min sketch from the station platforms which originally wasn´t going to happen, finally made it in the end. We really like happy accidents.

Models: All models were modeled by me, except the vegetation, which are from ICube iTrees Summer, and gutterings, modeled using RailClone.
The interior: is Photoshoped, taken from the original image. The intuition of this project was to enhance my rendering techniques only from the outside scene. Maybe in the future I will model the interior of the house.
Lighting: just a VRayLight Dome, from PG Skies: HDRI 1008-cloudy.
This project is set on a rainy night in an imagined Hong Kong inspired back street.
Photographers and film makers such as Wang ka-wai, Todd Hido, Christophe Jacrot and Ridley Scott inspired this work, especially looking into how they use contrasting warm and cold light with weather to capture a sense of mood and emotion
