The night has fallen. Some silent buzzing, a shy roar of the sea and birds soaring from a dark thicket. The stars loom up on the moonless sky and then comes the gentle breeze to ease the fright of a day.

Today I’m happy to post yet another fantastic Case Study for their recently released work on 34 Prince Street, a development located in the former St. Patrick’s Cathedral School in the heart of Nolita, NYC.
