Large team for an even larger project: this is a 2nd prize award-winning proposal for a large housing complex in Junggyebon-dong, Seoul.
The housing program is divided into two different archetypes (large mountain-like apartments and small blocks) and becomes part of the adjacent Burlam National Park, continuing the network of hiking trails and featuring a scenic Canopy Walk.
Two architects, one landscape architect and a developer were invited to enter a housing block competition in Amsterdam. The location is quite abnormal, since a curved railwaytrack is cutting the building plot in half. We were asked to think of the images needed to visualize their design.
Project: Eldgos Hotel
Location: Husavik, Iceland
Client: MAGU Design
Type: Hotel
Year: 2018
This time, something different from what we are used to do. A set of images of the Monumental Palace, a five star Hotel located in the heart of Oporto. Created by the famous designers “8 em Ponto” we tried our best to show exactly what the client wanted. For one year, our 3D process was a support for the building construction and design choices.
Exterior and interior apartment apartment building De Rondine in Amsterfoort.
For the interior and night time Visuals we used 360 foto’s. I’ve also made a VR-tour: http://vr.invite.nl/rondine/tour.html
