They are seeking a Senior Creative / Art Director to join their expanding team and contribute to their portfolio of award-winning projects. Although Factory Fifteen operates in multiple industries, all our work is spatially oriented. Therefore, candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of 3D space and cinematic composition. We expect you to have experience working in production and a keen interest in continuing to be part of the production environment. However, you will approach the role with a lighter touch, as your focus will be on leading and guiding the creative process rather than being directly involved in the day-to-day production work.

Soaring Gardens is the first object in our “Neo Archaic” project series. Our main goal is to reimagine the legendary buildings of ancient times through a modern perspective.
We needed an architecture who would both impress contemporaries as well as evoke the image of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Inspired by bionic architecture, we have created a complexly proportioned facility with an area of 172 hectares in the heart of Singapore’s financial district.
According to the idea of our project, the “Gardens” will become a global centre for the study of botany, which will house a research centre and a greenhouse museum.
Enjoying the overhanging abundance of vegetation, everyone will also have the opportunity to be lifted up. The floating parts are connected to the skyscrapers in such a way that people can go straight from these buildings on an excursion through the botanical garden.

To display the countless applications and functionality of our clients melamine-faced wood-boards we designed and created this open plan office space. Our interior designer experts were given greater creative freedom to produce conceptual interiors that would bring the client’s vision to life, highlighting the aesthetic and practical qualities of their engineered boards.
To kickstart the design process, team crafted 3D flat-lay images of all the textures and color combinations that would be used in the final design. To elevate the visuals, they added a range of props and elements that would be incorporated in the final interior design.
