This set of images represents a kind of contemporary version of “Casa das canoas”, a heritage house in Brazil designed by Oscar Niemeyer. This building is collapsing nowadays due to lack of maintenance, a project that besides its cultural importance, means a lot to me because was the first example of architecture that I studied back when I was starting my journey on this path of trying to understand human habitats. I decided to create this visual reinterpretation and add these different aesthetics with the idea to maybe bring more attention to what’s going on with this building, didn’t mean to disrespect the amazing modernist original interior design, but maybe if people see things that are trendy nowadays in its finishes and furniture, new conversations are going to be encouraged about its importance and why this beautiful masterpiece needs to be preserved, if you want to share my images to spread the message or a link to the original project would mean a lot to me. https://www.behance.net/arquitectojuancobo

Dom Pérignon by John Pawson. Competition Winner.

A 400 million dollars construction investment to upgrade Dom Pérignon homestead, located 150km from Paris.

This was a competition by invitation between some of the best architects in the world, such as John Pawson or Shigeru Ban. For us, it was a great pleasure and an huge honor to work directly with the pinnacle of the minimalist architecture.

This was the hardest competition we ever did. All cgi images were created in only 8 consecutive days, with many consisting architectural and paisagistic changes… always with one goal in mind: for the client, make the best as possible with the available time frame.

Lively Healthcare Campaign

Do you recall our client Durasein? They create a 50% organic solid material that can be formed into any shape and can be applied to any surface. We have been working with Durasein for over 2 years and have done 32 projects together. We always have something to show you, and this time, it will be the Lively Healthcare Campaign.

This work is a collaboration with Patternine studio, whose design brings surfaces to life with swirling, whirling, algorithm-driven shapes.

In order to convey the eye-catching rhythm of the detail and form, you need to set up the scene’s lighting properly. We added LEDs and placed objects next to the panoramic windows. With this viewing angle, the light and shadow did their job and the solid material came to life.

Interior visualization of an impressive mansion in Munich

The interior of this stylish Munich mansion is proof that even the simplest shades of brown and grey bring style and modernity to a space when done tastefully. We turned the scene into a 3D-rendering that highlights the charm and elegance of its interior design.
We create 3D-visualizations to not only depict architecture, but to give the viewer the most lifelike experience of being present in the space being shown. Different light settings allow us to generate specific moods through captivating 3D views.

Ash 28

Ash 28 is the project by Rennie, a real-estate company from Vancouver. The initial client is the Canadian developer Terra Blanka Developments Corp.

The architecture of the structure stands out with its unconventional form that is equally distinct and grounded, soft and strong, intimate and open. Twelve garden flats and penthouse homes, of one or two levels, embody the function of a single-family home. Now, the residential complex is under development.

In terms of visualization, we especially enjoy the aerial view image. It demonstrates how Ash 28th will stand out within the single-family neighborhood aesthetic. In addition, the view of Pacific Spirit Regional park from the private terrace will make the entire family feel like they are in their own special haven.
