Renovation of an old house in Sandrigo (VI) Italy. The architect asked us to reproduce his 2D drawings in 3D rendering to advertise the building and make it more attractive for a possible customer.
They have created a series of external rendering and some interior renderings. For the interior design of the interior it has been created by us.
We did this one pretty efficient. Luckily, we were close to Rotterdam so we could go there to collect some feelings and pictures in order to show in its best what’s gonna be another big tower in the city of the “Nieuwe Maas” River.
“The Majlis” has a central role in Arab society, it’s where the elder would sit and discuss important community concerns and make decisions. it’s also could be a private place where guests are received and entertained.

We have Done This Project For in Very Short Deadline. Client has Given this project to a local Freelancer and they could not deliver client’s Requirement so client has contacted us and ask us to do this project in Max Deadline of 2 weeks. We have delivered Project in 8 to 9 Working Days.
We have used SketchUp For Modeling of Architecture, 3DS Max and Corona 1.5 For Rendering and Photoshop for Final Editing.
For Day View we used Simple Corona Renderer Sun & Sky and For Night View we used NoEmotion HDRi Sky.
This is the first personal project I did with Substance Designer so the tiling of the concrete material was very easy to customize.
There was no dome light or GI in this scene, I only used self illuminated planes and a Vray sun which makes it easier to make certain gloomy moods.
