Eco Loop

The project begins with the possibility that the loop’s unlimited connections can solve the physical distance at the campus site. The loop dismantles and decentralizes the density and the hierarchy of the facilities of this complex. It eliminates and replaces rigidity and regularity with flexibility and buoyancy. Based on the above-mentioned concept, the proposed campus design is possible by eliminating the conventional and predetermined relationships between project programs and their connections through a sustainable transportation system with advanced technology as well as active and constant connectivity. The goal of this project is to create a decentralized communication order. It removes and transcends the usual topographical, geographical, traditional, and social constraints of the site for designing a campus program, thus offering a new perspective and a communication method to enhance spatial capabilities for scientific social groups and professional developments.

California Coast – 3D Visualization

Aerial 3D rendering offers a range of impressive benefits. It enables property developers to eliminate design flaws, save cost, and create accurate presentations. However, the critical advantage of aerial scene rendering is that it remains a groundbreaking marketing tool.

In Silves

This is a project under development, designed to respond to a building located on a plot with a very small area, located in the historic center of Silves.
With major programmatic requirements, the construction should be developed in height. So on the -1 floor, there is a T0 apartment; on the 0th floor, the common areas of the family, living room and outdoor patio, which are interconnected as a way of expanding spaces and for better experiences between outdoors and indoors, and a kitchen; on the 1st floor, we find the master suite and on the 2nd floor two single bedrooms.
The materiality of the project intends to invoke the memory of the existing building in an innovative and interconnected way.
This is the proposal for a friend’s house that Start always wants to see happy.

Cottage. Living room in a minimalist style

Hello. I would like to share my new work. It presents the living room of the cottage in a minimalist style. In this work, I created a sunny summer atmosphere. The compositional solutions of the angles are very carefully worked out. I tried to tell any artistic story from every angle. The materials of the models were qualitatively worked out. I also did a creative experiment in black and white photography. I put a lot of effort into this work. I hope you enjoy this work. Enjoy watching.

Seine en Ciel

Seine en Ciel

Developer: Arche Promotion
Architecture: MFR Architectes
Landscape Architecture: Alexandre Demachy

Taking part of a larger urban planning to rehabilitate the banks of the Seine, the concept behind Seine en Ciel revolves around the establishment of urban connections that structure the building, the use of the ground floor and redefine the relation with the public space.
A layered language defines its identity: a base of durable materiality in brick cladding introduces the carved white volumes on the upper floors, offering exceptional residences from studios to five-bedroom duplex with large glazed surfaces, double height living rooms and several outdoor areas (balconies, terraces or gardens) of collective scale.
