Burj Binghatti

We continue to share our Binghatti projects. This time it will be Burj Binghatti, a unique luxury project created in collaboration with the jewellery watch brand Jacob & Co.

Omegarender visualized 14 interior renders in 3 days. The work was fast, and we made the finals right away, omitting the usual gray renders and previews in color from the workflow.

It is difficult to single out one specific detail in this project. There are a lot of them, and each one catches the eye. For instance, we like how the decoration materials reflect nearby objects and even the view from the window. Or the way sunlight refracts in the curved plastic chairs.

In this project, we convey one essential feeling: that luxury is not only about expensive decor elements, materials or furniture; it is also about how these materials interact with each other, flow harmoniously into one into another, and create an aesthetic communication.

The Broad Beach Malibu

This Friday we are happy to present to you the Broad Beach Malibu project made for our regular client Gensler. Most of the projects we do for them are luxury villas on the west coast of America.

As a rule, for Landry projects we use all types of angles: human view, close up and aerial view.

The architecture of the villa with thin clear lines contrasts with tropical vegetation. Transparent. The walls offer views of the tropics. The great example of Bauhaus style. Carefully thought out minimalist forms, they do not have a single superfluous element.

Arrington Shell Kitchen Interior

It has been a little while since our last post, but here’s one of our recent favourite interiors crafted for one of our kitchen clients. They wanted to showcase their cabinetry in more spaces than just the kitchen area, which allowed us to get creative with the brief and build a whole area to spend quality time with the family whilst still maintaining a contemporary luxury aesthetic.

Our vision for the interior was to create an open plan kitchen and living space connected with the outdoors, giving a greater impression of space. Our designers used expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to flood the space with natural light. Modern furniture with organic textures create a cohesive ambiance that blends home comforts with the tranquility of nature, inviting the natural beauty inside.
