Amber Interiors

Amber Interiors — the third project Omegarender that successfully completed for the UAE property development company Binghatti.

The color palette of the interior consists of neutral and calming shades of beige, white, and gray, with gold accents. These colors make the interiors bright, cozy, and attractive. The harmonious selection of colors is accentuated by correctly positioned light in the 3D scene. The room is illuminated on one side by natural light coming through the panoramic window, and on the other side by artificial light — lamps, wall lights, and the internal lighting of shelving and cabinets.

The abundance of angles emphasizes the harmony of our interior design. From any point of the apartments, we understand that the placement of each element is not accidental and does not violate the integrity of the design.

River Grand

This Friday we publish the River Grand project visualized for american architecture and design firm Movematter. The project located in Glenwood Springs Colorado, is for 17 semi-luxury townhomes along the Roaring Fork River.

3D visualization is not only focuses on the object itself, but also on its environment. In order for the image to be photorealistic, your digital object should fit into a real-life location. It should be part of it, as if these luxury houses really are in Greenwood Springs Colorado. To do this, you need to take into account the geography and landscape of the area. For instance, a client asked us to add Mount Sopris on the background of the terrace render.

Vahakni House-24 “Interior”

Vahakni House-24 has been designed considering the client’s requirement of having an open plan keeping divided public and private spaces without separating walls. Achieving this goal was possible by adding a void separating public and private spaces. The VOID represents a NEGATIVE SPACE that takes the role of connecting spaces and levels of the house. Separated private and public spaces are extending to the 2nd floor as NEGATIVE SPACES (double heights) creating open views on the 2nd floor and connecting both levels visually.
The interior design of this building is similar to the modern interior design style and its goal is to create a simple and uncluttered space. It’s characterized by simplicity, clean lines, and a monochromatic palette with wood texture and plants used as an accent. It combines an open floor plan and functional furniture, and it focuses on the shape, color, and texture of just a handful of essential elements.
