Prateato

Prateato – is a residential complex designed by portuguese company Tekstudio. The combination of panoramic windows and minimalism in architecture rhymes well with the mood of modernity and pragmatism in today ‘s architecture of residential complexes.

It was significant to portray the coziness of this complex, a place for everyone to work, have parties, walk with children and be inspired everyday. Therefore, special attention was paid to the details and elaboration of furniture, greenery, which played an essential contribution to the overall mood of privacy and comfort.

We put the camera in a human view position, and at the same time we got extremely virtuoso framing in both pictures, in which greenery, bushes and trees act as a frame. In addition to the obvious feeling of unity of a person with the environment, such an intensity of nature in the image helps to create additional volume and scale for few architectural elements of houses.

Mystic Villa

I combined these soft colors with the warm light inside the villa that was directed outwards,
The blue light inside the pool has made the color combination attractive to the viewer,
I combined the large open space on the ground floor with the closed space on the first floor to fit the amount of full and empty spaces,
The pool is led to the basement of the main building, which creates the feeling in the viewer that the villa is suspended on the water

Arrachay – CGI

Text description provided by the architects. Arrachay from Quichua language: Arrarray, very caliente (agua termal). Achachay, very frío (páramo andino). This project is auto-commissioned, the culmination of many years of dreams, encompassing local technology, environmental challenges, and small but flexible architecture. Designed during the pandemic, this project is based on the newly used term “workations”. Its purpose is to challenge new ways to work. Working remotely in an incredible natural setting.
Located in the Andean “paramo” of Ecuador near 4000 meters above sea level this project begins from past building experiences mainly in using wood. An earlier project exists on site where the team understood the hardships of building in these conditions. Extremely cold weather is enclosed in an atmosphere of clouds and trees, these are the chilling climate conditions (achachay). The refuge must retain maximum heat on the inside, outside it’s another story. Nearby thermal pools (arrarray) help you relish in this landscape of extremes.
