"Decisions (Cause) our Society makes today, impact how our great cities look tomorrow (Effect). As population densities, the environment & technology change, our global village of presenters will explore their unique views on how the future of our cities might look in the not-too-distant future. Each one will approach the question through the prism of their role in visualizing and creating the world's future. "

Newfound Visions. Transforming Decisions

The conference takes place over one day, followed by an evening social event. Theme: “CAUSE & EFFECT” Newfound Visions. Transforming Decisions. The first-ever gathering of the global village of visualizers, architects, developers, marketers, creatives, place makers, and artists who collaborate to depict our cities’ future.

This year’s theme encourages presenters to explore their unique views of how the future of these cities might look in the not-too-distant future, either through a critical lens of what could occur if we make poor decisions now or by illustrating an optimistic view of how things could be if we make better choices in the present day.

OKC Henrietta B. Foster Center

This week, we want to show you some old images from the Innovation District project, made for one of our regular clients Perkins & Will. The essence of the project is to renovate important social, cultural, and historical places in Oklahoma City, places that are significant for the local African-American community.

One of these places is the Henrietta B. Foster Center, which, according to the idea of our client, will be transformed into a Minority Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center.

The interior itself restores the historic mid-20th Century architecture of the building, with some small contemporary touches. In terms of visualizations, it is a great example of working with light. Notice how photorealistic and stunning the light and shadow are in such details as the bright light coming through the windows of the room. In addition, other demonstrations of photorealism are in the perfectly-chosen textures and materials.

3D Architectural Walkthrough of a Township in Red Oak, Texas by Yantram 3D Architectural Visualization Studio

The 3D Architectural Walkthrough depicts a broad glimpse of the concept of a township in Red Oak, Texas. The shopping zone is on one side and the neighborhood is on the other side. Both of the localities are divided by the main road. The 3D Architectural Visualization Studio kept the abstraction of traffic in mind and thus the 3D Architectural Walkthrough consists of broad space for parking for every shop in the 3D Model. The design is very eco-friendly because it contains many trees, plants, and lawns. There’s a two-way road presented in the 3D Architectural Walkthrough to enter the neighborhood from the main road. The 3D Model is created with the thought of comfort for the pedestrian, cyclist, and automobile driver. The main road is also partitioned in two ways. Overall, the 3D Architectural Visualization Studio has thought of the convenience of the client first. The entire composition of the park and shopping zone is very unique. A gorgeous fountain is placed in the center following a park. View from the top illustrates the structure of the concept. It discloses the client with the ideology and takes the client into virtual reality. This 3D Model can turn into modern infrastructure. The daily need of the individuals dwelling in the neighborhood can be accomplished from the shopping center across the road. The client can gain profit by introducing a housing area next to the shopping center. The seating arrangement in the middle of the shopping center is very elegant and rare. A swimming pool is provided in the residential area which is a benefit for the clients. Pool parties can be arranged during the weekend.

Soon, people in Murnau will live and work in an entirely new, tasteful, and sustainable environment: the new building project “Murnau living” offers modern design, commercial realestate and private apartments, and a smart and ecological energy concept on top. Our task was to visualize the elegant architecture and design the prospective future of the very lucky residents in a photorealistic way.
Using the ideal light setting and 3d-technology we have created visualizations that depict the building in various and hyper realistic atmospheres. This provokes emotions of the observer and offers them an unforgettable experience of the architecture on multiple levels.
