New York Apartment

I focused on soft light and warm tones. I found stunning photos of Interior Design 551W21 Sales Office by Shelton, Mindel & Associates.

I tried to recreate the designed space and play a bit with the light and color balance.

It was a big pleasure to use FStorm.

BOX GALLERY CONCEPT

This project by OUUM studio includes visualization concept idea of modern architecture building with translucent insulation glass blocks located in Denmark it includes 4 floors with art exhibitions and installation inside
First of all, the project transmits the atmosphere which it was done with CG that shows the concept of the unbuilt building. Interior renders includes visualization of a piece of nature exhibition where meets with inanimate blocks. The minimalist structure stands as a light box that absorbs, reflects, and filters light across the façade and throughout the building. The facades etched, translucent glass glows, the light-sensitive glass is shining when it is illuminated by sunshine or internal lighting, it becomes a dynamic part of the building it reacts in different ways according to light, time of day, weather, and surrounding context.
The structure of houses is minimalist and reductive in the sense that there are only three walls in the museum and all its floor. The three concrete walls include gallery spaces and a plot of circulating spaces on the perimeter of the building, creating a building of isolation and openness in one. The interior works as a connection between art and architecture, which, although extremely different in size and composition, combines the combination of diffuse natural light and a palette of neutral material, integrate integrity as a museum of contemporary art, where art or architecture obscures the other.

G R E E N

Last December we tried to test our Titan X pascal with a new Render engine (for us) FStorm, and we were so happy with its performance that now we render 80% of our Interiors in FStorm and little bit of Exterior too. Sharing some old stuffs , will upload recent ones soon

Complejo Hotelero termal Coñaripe.

Hello everyone.
I recently decided to change Corona and try Fstorm to for best render times and it’s amazingly faster, this type of images frecuently take me more than 1-2 hours to be completly cleaned in two Xeons E5 2699 v4 and with Fstorm just between 10 and 15 min each one with 3x Gtx Titan X Maxwell and 2x Gtx Titan Pascal.
I had some problems with ammount of Vram, but after some changes and optimizations all works perfectly.
Hope you like it.

hindsight

I am in a small attempt to add some spice to an otherwise saturated archviz visuals/ archviz styling / daily work submissions. while realism is the way, we tend to forget to spice things up. This set of visuals was a personal investigation to create cinematic effects, angles and others creations of awesome sauce items and creating a small backstory to them. The concept was inspired by Raphael Lacoste concept art, “cernunos”, where the placement of a spirited figure in an otherwise architectural project creates an anomaly to an otherwise monotonous architecture. Interior views consist of custom models inpired by kaws. Break down of visual renders mostly were done by the usual corona and fstorm (let me know if you can guess which is which). Most 3D item were zbrush and autodesk with a bit of 3D scan library here & there.

Home in Budapest, welcome!

Introdution
My name is Ale Kocsis, I’m Brazilian and Hungarian descendant.
I decided to do this scene (part 1 of 3), because I have a great love for the country of my family, including in one of the several images I dedicate to my father, grandparents and great-grandparents as well as my dear daughter Giovana showing two Portraits with their respective photos. So soon I will be able to consider myself Hungarian living in Budapest as well. I already had the opportunity to go to Budapest and some cities in the hinterland of Hungary twice, and in these opportunities my affection and appreciation for the Hungarian culture only increases. The Hungarian architecture is extremely rich and inspiring as well as its inhabitants and of course its excellent gastronomy.

Scene theme
In Budapest as well as in several other European cities the buildings are very old but with impeccable architecture. Every Hungarian decorates his residence exactly according to its history, culture and mainly the money that has to do it :).
In this personal project I wanted to show a face of a place to live in a pleasant, comfortable way and why not say “modern” joining the old and new design, this is phase 1. The apartments are mostly compact as in this case. We have a large room / bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. One thing I like about Budapest architecture is that these flats or condominiums have a central courtyard where the entrances to the apartments are distributed … some are well maintained others not so much, but I like this involvement and this will be shown in the second phase of this work . As I am Brazilian still living in Brazil and accustomed to Brazilian design in architecture, this Hungarian language with Architecture is in every way peculiar but easy to understand and like.

I opted for natural lighting in phase 1 because it is the one I like to do, but the artificial lighting also has its deserved place, this will be the third stage of this work.

And as said, soon I will be a resident in this beautiful city and in that country, my work represents everything I like in relation to design, warmth, distribution of furniture and especially palette of colors and it is undoubtedly my will to have a place like this in brief.

Tools
For this work I used 3ds max 2016, Fstorm Renderer and Photoshop. Most of the furniture is based on the IKEA design, much used in Budapest. I am very satisfied and happy with the result and it is exactly what I wanted to show in this work and I hope you also like it all.

Muito obrigado!
Köszönöm szépen!
Thank you very much!
