VICTORY

Victory project is a multi-storey apartment building located in Toronto, Canada. The building consists of 30 floors above ground and 2 floors of underground parking. The parking has a total of 6 floors (2 underground and 4 aboveground floors).

In addition to the residential spaces, the building has a community barbecue terrace, gym, children’s playground, sauna and billiards.

For this project, we also did the exterior animation and editing of the animation using drone video.

The visualization of the architectural project was done for the Canadian architectural bureau.

Enjoy the view!

4 On Ross

A private Residence our Studio worked on from Architectural Concept Design, Documentation, Costing as well as Architectural Visualisation.

The whole project was designed using conceptual sketches in Morpholio Trace as well as Pro Create. Sketching was initially done over drone footage, these were later sketched to scale in Morpholio Trace, afterwards these were translated into conceptual and final construction drawings in Archicad.

The overall and general modelling was done in Sketchup whilst detailed modelling for specific furniture or appliances was done in Blender and 3DS Max.

Corona Render 8 was used, taking advantage of the new ACES OT tone mapping parameter. The raw renders were colour balanced and levels tweaked in Photoshop.

Hope you like it.

Cheers.

This project was done in my free time. I was utilizing the old model I received from my friend architect a year ago. I tried experimenting with light moods and seasons to highlight different aspects of this concept project.

House in Suffolk

“Designed to replace three existing structures of differing uses and scales:- an arable grain barn, a residential bungalow and a dilapidated piggery structure. The proposal was designed to re-tell the history of the site through its form; referencing the three existing buildings through form and materiality – and by hypothetically ‘pinching’ the buildings together to create one new building of three distinct forms, connected by permeable linking sections.”

CGI artworks created using Autodesk 3DS Max, Corona Render, iToo ForestPack and RailClone + Adobe Photoshop.
