Tiny

I got the model of the house in Revit and of course I had to clean it. Then I took care to refine the model. I have modeled windows, added roof windows, gutters, metal sheets, etc. I have modeled sheet metal work, railings on the balcony, blinds, etc. When it comes to materials, it was not much, sheet metal, concrete and boards, so I could deal with it a bit. Sheet metal has dirt in reflect, vraydirt in diffuse, and vrey edges in bump. Boards are made with the help of a flor generator with multitexture with over a dozen maps of separate boards, this map was repeated in reflect and glossiness with saturation at 0. The plate has been duplicated with a modifier clone. I also added furniture to the interior. I used models from Evermotion, some free from 3dsky, and free scans from Sketchfab. I used forest pack to distribute the models in the scene. I was using Vrey-Next to render. Then, only post-production was left. And ready 🙂

Cantilever House

The ‘Cantilever House’ is a non-commissioned project developed for Saint Gallen, in northeastern Switzerland, where the picturesque environment makes for a challenging but self-pleasing exercise.
As an architect and urban planner with more than 10 years of experience dedicated to the archvis industry, I believe it is essential to create my own conceptual projects in order to improve skills. For this reason, I’ve chosen to fully design the ‘Cantilever House’ from conceptualization of the exterior forms to all of interior design & styling. I also explored the project as a virtual photographer finding out the best lighting and camera compositions.

Private house jjcm

Hey everyone! Our team has just finished visualization project of a private house by Jason Miller architect. It was really interesting to work on this project, because we got full freedom for creating entourage. Client was satisfied, hope you will like it too. If you are interested in collaboration, please send all information about your project by e-mail info@romansinitsa.com

dream house

In fact, this project has an artistic aspect
Bear’s model is ready but the wool is made manually
Most materials are made of several layers
Wool on the pillows are scattered
The project is completely made in Max and rendered with Corona rendering engine
I tried to be close to reality, so I did not use special effects

Lake Lugano House

I first came across the Lake Lugano House when I saw the visuals done by James Pickford back in 2012. I had never worked on an exterior scene before so decided to have a crack at it myself.

I found some plan views of the house online and recreated them in AutoCAD to import into 3ds max. Using these and various reference images I was able to model the entire house and surrounding area. I rendered the initial visuals using forest pack and vray and having only worked on it during my lunch breaks it took me a couple of months.

I recently found those visuals when cleaning out my hard drive and decided they needed revisiting. I cleaned up the entire model and mapped everything properly. I added a new lighting setup, recreated all the materials and updated all the forest objects. I was also fortunate enough to find a high res panorama image of Lake Lugano itself which is a massive feature of the final images.

It took me about a month to complete, again working on it during my lunch hour every now and then. The final images were rendered using vray with a fair bit of post in photoshop.
