For this image I went to take pictures from the small village where this house is, and choose what would be best to show the project of this old house, into a complete new look rehabilitation house.
This project is located in an winery area here in my region – Setúbal, Portugal. For references images, I had to take some pictures from the site where this project was set to be built, so I could get that Genius Locci feeling. In overall the final images worked well.
‘P + 4’ villa is designed by Peyman Yazdi, and rendered by Yahya Jafari.
This villa is located in Sydney / Australia.
In order to provide better, we tried to give the customer more choice by offering several types of materials.
I will publish more renderings of this villa soon.
Hope you enjoy it.

Urban Oasis is a CGI interpretation of the project Highbury Grove by Ritz & Ghougassian Architects.
The architecture was used as a source for testing Poliigon’s concrete block textures that were created in Substance Designer. I was inspired to recreate the project digitally due to the minimalist design of the space and the reduced palette of materials. Additionally the unique layout of the interior with it’s high ceilings and windows provides the perfect opportunity to experiment with a range of lighting moods.
