MTN Spa, set against the stunning backdrop of the Canadian Rockies, is a serene wellness retreat designed for Basecamp Resorts. Our team at Omegarender was responsible for creating high-quality 3D architectural visualizations that brought this tranquil sanctuary to life. From the rustic yet modern interiors to the breathtaking outdoor views, our photorealistic renderings captured the harmony between nature and relaxation, showcasing cozy saunas, calming steam rooms, and luxurious pool areas with panoramic mountain scenery.
By collaborating closely with Basecamp Resorts, we ensured the visual representation conveyed the spa’s peaceful atmosphere and sophisticated design. Aileron
Aileron, designed by Morphogenesis Studios, redefines urban luxury in Florida with its bold, angular architecture and rooftop pools. The project is a seamless blend of modern design and functionality, creating a living space that is both elegant and practical.
At Omegarender, we played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life through our 3D architectural renderings skills. Our team crafted photorealistic CGI that highlighted the clean lines, dynamic facades, and luxurious outdoor areas of Aileron. From capturing intricate light and shadow details to creating immersive pool and rooftop visuals, we ensured every element reflected the essence of this cutting-edge design.

SÃO-PAULO STATE GOVERNMENT HEADQUARTERS
This 3d architectural visualization project involves the creation of four photorealistic exterior renderings for a conceptual architectural project designed by Belgian architectural bureau A2M in partnership with JAA Architects and ITA Engenharia.
The building complex, designed to house the headquarters of the state government of São Paulo, Brazil, combines office space, retail space, mixed-use facilities and common spaces for employees and visitors over 210,817 m² (or 2,269,215 ft²).
The building concept is based on advanced sustainable architecture principles such as Passive House standards, the pursuit of CO2 neutrality and the circular economy, with BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, LEED Platinum and FitWel 3 stars certifications, emphasising integration with nature and a regenerative approach to design.
Our 3d visualizations depict the unique architectural appearance of the complex, which aims to be an example of energy efficient and environmentally responsible construction in Brazil.

Casa Zagora
We are thrilled to present our 3D visualization of Casa Zagora, a luxurious and serene retreat by Tribal Hotel, located in Nicaragua. This project embodies a fusion of tropical elegance and modern design, creating an inviting oasis for relaxation and escape.
We capture the lush courtyards and central pool area, framed by tall palms and natural greenery, bringing the outdoor environment into harmony with the architectural style. The villa features arched colonnades, exotic wood accents, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, designed to evoke a sense of timeless tranquility.
The renderings highlight both daytime and nighttime atmospheres, showcasing the rich textures and vibrant colors of the space in the daylight and the enchanting ambiance created by subtle lighting after dark.

More than a residential complex, Au Fil de L’Eau is a celebration of balanced living where modernity and nature coexist. Located in Poisy, the project integrates four buildings with a traditional architectural style, highlighted by a combination of off-white / sandy tones and light wood, paired with the golden champagne hue of the railings, reddish-brown tiles, gabled roofs and a stone base.
The central courtyard includes lush plantings, walking paths and shared spaces that encourage connection and interaction among residents. Additionally, the proximity to the ruisseau des Glaves adds a calming natural element to the residence, enriching the development with a heritage dimension.
