This is a visualization of a luxury villa for two apartments in wich we realized the architects idea in the simplicity of the forms both the external and internal spaces of the villa. Laconic architectural forms of the exterior harmoniously combined with the original interior which in its turn combines warm tones of the timber and cold tones of stone. The general picture is complemented by a large sunny terrace with a garden and a light attic with a loggia.

A series of ‘floating’ transparent glass boxes which houses the large functions such as public exhibition space, sky garden, ballroom, swimming pool,
and conferencing facilities are situated inside the void to enrich the building shape and create a unique iconic feature facing the main road.
