Colonial house
I´d planned to create a little bit different images than the everyday´s projects. After finding the thema and some references I created the 3d model by 3ds max – with simple poly modeling. Lighting is provided by combination Corona sun & sky. I added in postroduction only subtle correction with curves. This kind of projects are for me the ones, where I realized, that the CG visualization is my really passion 🙂

Contemporaine is a 28-unit condominium building located on a corner lot in the River North area of urban Chicago. The building consists of an eleven-story residential tower and a four-story retail and parking base. The sculptural quality of the tower and the articulation of its functional parts work to mediate the building to the varying scales of the surrounding context.
