Visualisation of the Munich Crowns project planning to be built in Southwest Munich. The Crowns are Penthouses, placed on existing buildings – a crowning conclusion.
Due to the varied architecture of the settlement with diverse building heights, the Penthouses are located from the third to the seventh floor. From here, exciting views open up into the green courtyard and across Munich.
The total of 26 Penthouses boast these views through balconies or terraces. Between 70 and 200 square meters, divided on 2 to 6 rooms, offer the individually designed floor plans of the apartments.

PR Complex is a residential complex, developed according to an individual project. The territory of the complex includes 2 detached residential buildings and underground parking. The location of the buildings made it possible to create a closed and cozy courtyard.

The architectural project was visualized for the Canadian creative agency.
