The design of this project was based on my taste
And because I love the foggy atmosphere, I also made the rendering of this project foggy

Here’s another of our impressive kitchen interiors. Our client gave us a lot more freedom to be creative with these designs giving our interiors team a chance to show off their creativity and pack in a number of current trends. The space is bright and inviting and perfectly captures the trend of families spending more time at home. The layout considers the need for clever storage spaces and uses the clients kitchen cabinetry in more diverse, ingenious ways. Our 3D artists have done an amazing job bringing every their vision and detail to life – from the textured green doors, smooth solid surfaces and to the soft cushions in the seating nook and snug lounge area. They also crafted additional dusk images for the client to emphasise and display their ambient LED lighting.
As usual we used 3DSMax and Chaos Corona for the majority of the scene, but additional work on the props and soft furnishings was completed in zbrush. Final colour accuracy and composition was completed with Photoshop and Black Magic Fusion.

Many clients assume that sunny scenes make for the best real estate images. Sure, sunshine feels and looks great, but Render Vision’s unique weather compositions can make them truly unforgettable.
Take this 3D-visualization as an example. Fog settles gently on the residential buildings to create a cozy, idyllic mood. We don’t just depict fog but also autumn leaves and other ambient details for added seasonal realism. It gives clients a more versatile view of their future home or investment.
Our CGI images are proof that different weather and light settings greatly improve the appearance of your real estate – use the link in our bio to contact us and try it for yourself!

According the concept, this is an automated warehouse tower with drones delivering boxes of goods that will be built near Paris. The architects incorporated fully landscaped floors for a sustainable impact on the environment.
This set of images represents a kind of contemporary version of “Casa das canoas”, a heritage house in Brazil designed by Oscar Niemeyer. This building is collapsing nowadays due to lack of maintenance, a project that besides its cultural importance, means a lot to me because was the first example of architecture that I studied back when I was starting my journey on this path of trying to understand human habitats. I decided to create this visual reinterpretation and add these different aesthetics with the idea to maybe bring more attention to what’s going on with this building, didn’t mean to disrespect the amazing modernist original interior design, but maybe if people see things that are trendy nowadays in its finishes and furniture, new conversations are going to be encouraged about its importance and why this beautiful masterpiece needs to be preserved, if you want to share my images to spread the message or a link to the original project would mean a lot to me. https://www.behance.net/arquitectojuancobo
