ASCOT Residence

NSHAMA Town Square in Dubai is a mega-project that was launched in Dubai in early 2015, and is located along the Al-Qudra Road. The development has an area of 750 acres and will eventually include 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments. The finished project will be under construction for 10 years.

We have made renderings for Nshama for two mini projects of this large project and have now started the third one.

In this publication, we will show you one of Nshama’s first-class residences, which is called ASCOT.

For the Ascot residence, we did exterior and interior 3D renderings. We visualized several shots in two atmospheres: bright daytime sun and the evening.

Rothschild 87

Rothschild 87 – Urban renewal project in “The White City” of Bauhaus that is Tel Aviv, Israel. Visualization by The Craft and Architecture by Stability Studio.

We are showcasing the addition of three floors over a conservated building originally planned by Architect Carl Rubin in the international style. The original square composition maintains the continuous horizontal lines by subtracting volumes in favor of balconies along the whole façade.

Candles

Yard – plays the role of a hearth, the heat and energy of which “melts” and distorts the strict volumes of houses from the yards and the very surface of the yard, giving them a soft look. The distortion occurs in a diagonal direction towards the upper corners of the volumes. Due to the curvature of plastics, there is a gradual increase in the depth of open loggias to better view characteristics.

Facade planes from the side of the city are also partially depressed in local areas for the manifestation of internal melting. The principle of “melting” was also used in the shaping of the yard space.

Concept of spatial formation and shaping of volumes is dictated by the quality of the existing context and the desire to create the “Bilbao effect” or “oasis” that creates a fundamentally different quality of the visual environment.

Keeping it real with rain: Exterior visualization of a modern multi-family home

Have you ever noticed how the atmosphere changes when the skies turn dark gray before the rain starts, and becomes bright again once it stops?
In theory, a gray sky sounds too gloomy for a real estate client presentation. In reality, the dramatic, high-contrast effects of rain and dark clouds add a much more realistic look and feel to any building.
We offer various light settings and weather options to present your project in an emotive, hyper-realistic environment. Contact us to find the right setting for you!
