A kitchen based on a reference image. I used fSpy to match the camera, then modeled the space in Blender using the Archipack addon, before bringing it into Max to render it with V-Ray.

Triada Tower

Today we would like to bring to your attention – Triada Tower. 
This is a case study for a 222-meter sustainable skyscraper in Chicago, US. This mixed-used tower rises to become a prominent feature of the skyline and dictate a new sustainable approach in high-rise design and construction. 

One of the most distinguishing building features is a composition of three volumes connected with the steel superstructure. Each volume houses a specific function.

Top block houses high-end apartments, mid-block – five-star hotel with an open terrace and swimming pool, low-one features retail and other public functions to serve the community.

We tried to work through every detail to catch the spirit of the building on the renderings. 

Look at the gleams of the rising sun and feel the pulse of the big city. 
Context buildings around the tower have been intentionally modified to keep the project site undisclosed.
