These images represent Stage A of the work, intended to get approval for the general concept of the house and direction of landscaping.
The first steps are taken inside SketchUp to define the initial house design and then moved to 3ds Max and rendered with Corona Renderer.
When creating this personal project, I tried to convey comfort when contemplating such an environment. With that I tried to better portray this feeling with the lighting and atmosphere present in the image. I had a concern to portray the worked textures with greater fidelity, so that I would be successful in demonstrating a higher level of realism.
A London Mansion project done for one of our private client
We are pleased to share with you this curious project created for Zauben company.
This work is designed for an office located in one of the Detroit multi-story buildings.
The main purpose of this project was to show how easy it is to integrate a non-everyday design into a usual office building.
Most often we associate an office with something grey, boring, and strict. And the Rastegar project is a vivid example that even office everyday life can be bright and lively.
An incredibly useful, inspiring, and refreshing corner is placed on the office balcony.
Such an idea shows that the bosses should and can take care of their team and company life.
Of course, it is very useful, because the green wall increases oxygen levels and nesting in the air, which allows us to breathe cleaner air.
