Pixarch provided all real estate design marketing solutions under one roof to Parsa Citi, which included 3D video walkthrough, 3D floor plans, website design and development, and visual designs. Also, 9 types of TV commercials and outdoor/indoor media campaigns were created.

From logo designing to complete stationery designing, including online website banner advertisement, Pixarch delivered complete solutions to Parsa Citi. This can be seen in their testimonial as well.

The production technique of ‘Chroma Shoot’ was used to create photorealistic views of the project by combing real people with 3D walkthrough. The Chroma technique is a technique dynamically used in moviemaking. In the Chroma technique live action footage is merged with 3D graphics to produce work that is economical, yet effective and of high quality.

The Residential Alcochete project is a residence for elderly people.
On the territory is everything for a comfortable and cozy life: a spa, massage, medical and sports procedures to maintain health, and a large walking area with its own greenhouses, where they grow organic food for the residents.

We made several interior and exterior images for this project. Together with the client, we chose the appropriate atmosphere for this work – light and cozy. All interior images are made in white and beige colors, which emphasize purity and tranquility.

In this #visualization project we tried to combine old elements with new ones. For example, we’ve used this technique for the flooring when the old-styled floor outside meets #modern flooring inside.

Mixing of #contemporary and old design elements creates a whole new fresh style of the interior.

Phase 1️⃣
The phase of #modelling.

We pay attention to this step a lot because the right model is the basis of this process, the fundamental part of the project. In case anything is wrong with the model, every other step will contain very noticeable flaws.

The phase of #lighting

In this step one could see how the lighting is being costumized.
Getting the right proportions of the shadow and light help us understand the form and the material of an object in the #interior.
