MOSAIC
Mosaic Architectural Project (Mason, Ohio) is a unique residential community. Ranch-style homes with courtyards offer a combination of privacy and spaciousness, creating the perfect setting for modern living.
Each home features a grand entrance that leads to a spacious, open floor plan that connects the living spaces to the landscaped courtyard. The architectural design offers four unique home plans with many options including additional rooms for everyday living, extended bedrooms, private study areas and fully finished lower levels.
For the Mosaic architectural project, I created two exterior 3d renderings done from a human height to capture the ambiance and features of the residential complex as realistically as possible.

A Day in Frames of Villa Clessidra
This 3D visualization project captures the fleeting nature of time in an old villa, using immersive visuals to portray a day as a mini-life, symbolizing life’s cycles where each day represents a small lifetime. To achieve this, I utilized 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Phoenix, TyFlow, GrowFX, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. To accommodate the intensive rendering process and ensure faster output, I also had to modernize my computer, optimizing it for high-performance tasks.

Situated within the medieval city of Grimma, this historic building, originally constructed in 1304, is currently undergoing a significant transformation. Our 3D rendering shows how we’ve brought together classic style with the latest tech and a focus on sustainability.
Abundant light, soft warm colors, natural materials, and lush greenery shift the focus from the grand history of the manor house to the enchanting present. Future residents will enjoy contemporary comforts while being embraced by the whispers of a rich historical legacy.
