I was working on a client’s project… analyzing the physical space of the flat… not too big, not too small…
Immediately I remembered when my 5 year old daughter asked me: “Daddy, can we have a horse? We can put him here in the living room, we have enough space”… of course we laughed a lot… it would be surreal
But since in CGI everything is possible, I thought… why not? I went back once again in time and I remembered the work of the D-Box by Keith Bomely in his work for Macklowe Properties’ 200 East 59, my God… how far can we go in imagination?

OK !!… I thought!!!!
If the D-Box can, so I can as well !!!! (we all laugh in fear of a lawsuit but we move on)

So this is the result of the fertile mind of my dear daughter, now 17 years old and also heading towards the world of computer graphics.
A simple tribute to fantasy and crazy ideas, as well as a tribute to the great D-Box, reference for many 3d artists today.

3D Exterior Rendering of a 90 unit Apartment Building in Honolulu, Hawaii

An Exterior rendering of a 90 unit apartment building spread out between 4 buildings. Amenities include swimming pool and dog park. We are in the process of presenting our project to the city Planning & Zoning board in Honolulu, HI, United States.

This is a view of the pool, pool pergola and apartment building. I would like to do a dusk picture of this if possible.

Below are the details of the material. The area in front of the pool with the full glass is where the fitness center is. It will overlook the pool.

1. Each floor has 9′ ceilings in the apartment
2. The brown is LP siding. The color is Canyon.
3. Light grey brick
4. The right corner will be a grey hardie siding that will match the color of the brick
5. Windows, gutters & fascia are black
6. The soffit will be the same hardie grey that’s on the front of the building
7. The deck rails and pool fencing is black metal
8. There are lights on each side of the sliding doors. I don’t think those are shown on the rendering
9. The roof is architectural charcoal color
10. The pool decking is concrete
11. The pergola will be the same grey brick that’s on the building
12. The landscaping will be the same that’s on the attached landscape plan

And the first drifts are starting to appear…
Indeed, the rich people not wanting to submit to these drastic restrictions found the loophole to this decree and started to build luxury residences next to the energy production plants in order to enjoy luxury as they want.
