It wont be easy to achieve great render as there is not so much angles, from eye level, that are not already seen/rendered or photographed.
Searching and browsing through the 3D model gave me few angles that can be done more effective.

As the rules are open minded, I was free to add a three just to see what would change. Inspiration.

This update wants to speak about strategy. After some hours spent working on mood, colors, shaders and details, i can take some decisions on the workflow for the next part (what else in 3d, what in ps, multi-pass, etc). I understand that a big part of the work will be in photoshop but I’ve got a lot of time to test some new techniques.
Talking about the image I decided to show something that I think is very important for an architecture school, this is why I’d like to underline life inside the school at a certain time, and on the other hand, life outside the building with students who are going back home or having fun after an hard day.

so after some tests of creating texture with substance and some of new hdrs that i have downloaded recently, today i started the project 😀

i always think about the concept of project and for this project playing with light and shadow is my concept.
the first thing is choose lighting mood, day or dust or even a complete night shot. this lovely design has a great potential for every kind of lighting,i wish i could have enough time for 3 types but i have to choose one.i love soft soft shadow with high contrast.
for me a day shot is the best. because i want to catch a good balance between this curve design(soft part) and day light(hard part)its a part of light and shadow concept actually.
in this post i will attach some mood and reference.
