The concept behind the images is of an island somewhere up north in the middle of nowhere where a small micro-climate has formed giving life to a unique flower which blossoms only at night.

I’ve started working on this a while back during the little spare time I had. This is more of a concept/ WIP part 1 kind of entry.
The concept is based on the landscape found in the northern part of Norway, drawing inspiration mostly from the beautiful landscapes of the Lofoten islands.
For the architecture I am using as reference the designs of Mount Fuji architects.
I modeled the basic shape with the skills I have in World machine, and after a quick trip to 3ds max, I imported it into ZBrush where I detailed it more.
For the texturing part I used the Quixel suite.
The cabin is next, along with more detailing of the scenery.
