Diego shared a new set of renders of a Japanese style restaurant inspired by Sandra Tarruella interior design. It is a remarkable piece of work passing as photography for me! Superb materials, lighting and detailing of an interior scene to make it as believable as possible.
I first came to know Cristóbal Vila seeing his remarkable Fallingwater remake animation. He used modo to model it at that time, which was very interesting to see, and this time he strikes again with yet another remarkable piece of work titled ‘LUX AETERNA’. He uses modo and Cinema4D for this one and plans to share more information about how he made it all. Enjoy!
One more house by OAB. A Carlos Ferrater interesting 7×7 geometric grid with a twist house design featuring diagonal pitched roofs acting as skylights and doubling the heights of the various rooms. Very cool seeing the house exterior both in snow and vibrant green / blue dusk shot, as well as the various interior day time reference shots.
I love, love… LOVE, this hovering BF House designed by OAB + ADI. I’m a big fan of Carlos Ferrater work in any case, but this one is almost exactly what I had in mind for my Hover Challenge entry (which I did not finish, and had larger scale of venue to it) and it is built for real and looks amazing. I’m very fond of the courtyard housing typology and there is so much to learn from Joan Guillamat’s Photos taken here… The play of light outside and within the courtyard. The relation between the built house and the garden it floats on top of. The materials under the light… Enjoy this one!
Not sure why they call this one a Shophouse. designed by FARM, this looks like a super cool house to live in. It is also a great showcase of light playing with bricks, wood, tiles and water. Great photos taken here by Jeremy San.
