Construction Site at Sunrise and Moonlight by Arkin Adam Esref
Arkin Adam Esref posted some great work on the forums lately. His ‘Construction Site at Moonlight’ awarded him with Visualization Pro of the Week at CGArchitect and he also made a day version of it too. The towers look very good and futuristic, as well as the high level of detail Arkin is managing to push into the foreground in both versions. I like the lighting very much too, Impressive work.

Balmain House / Carter Williamson Architects
I love this house design by Carter Williamson Architects and the photos by Brett Boardman too. Both day and dusk rear facade photos are great and showcase how the lighting works in such a scenario very well. You can also see the dining area as a day/dusk duo, and there are many other things to pick up from this one.
Creating Realistic Grass
CGWorkshop training published a new video tutorial about realistic grass creation in 3ds max using VRay displacement and the Advanced Painter Script. This video is the first of the environment creation series and you also get the base scene model so you can follow along.
miniCHALLENGE 02 / RailClone / Spotlight 01
The RailClone miniCHALLENGE has had some super cool entries made recently by newke, BBB3 and NacheX. All three show what RailClone is capable of, even things you would not think of at first as the chosen plugin naming is rather limiting. Head to the RailClone miniCHALLENGE forum thread for more information.
With 3 more weeks to go – You have enough time to join and showcase what you can do with RailClone and have a chance at taking one of the prizes.
Have Fun & Good Luck to you all!
