MAKY House

MAKY is a concept house that is a part of a bigger housing project in which one key element is multiplied, and by varying the length of the middle elements in an array, large, green and peaceful courtyard is formed, towards which the houses are oriented.

MONO

July 10, 2017 / in 3dsmax, Corona Renderer, Photoshop / by Mario Males

“MONO” is a minimalist interior derived from lamp design project I have done previously. Since there is no better way to showcase a product than placing it in a some kind of space, I have decided to design a minimalist interior as a support for my new design. It is something a bit different from the previous projects I have done. I hope you like it.

3VO House

This is the latest project I’ve been working on. Since I’m still new to Corona renderer, I wanted to build a project with little more complexity because my first Corona test was small kitchen scene for lamp I designed, called LISSO.
This time I wanted to make full interior, but I didn’t want to mess with too much exterior, therefore I decided to make interpolated house. Although I haven’t provided the plans, you can see there are 3 small cortyards and roof openings, ideal for people who seeks protection from curious eyes, and who also like to gaze at the starts at night time :).

I still have a lot to learn, but so far, I’m satisfied how it works. My favorite option is probably LightMixer, and I guess I dont have to explain why. 🙂
Only problem I realized I have is that I need more RAM since Corona is using a lot of it. Cruel reality is that I’ll probably have to buy new render slaves.

I dont have much to say about this project since it’s just a concept. Take a look, and of course feel free to comment, just don’t pixel peep to much 😀

Few monthts ago, I started a new hobby. Since I always liked product design, I decided to try myself in that area. Dont ask me how I chose lamps as point of interest. Since I like Archviz too, I decided to create a simple scene for each of the lamp designs. Nothing too complex, just to show how it will look in real space.
This time I decided to properly try Corona renderer engine for the first time, and I love the results. For the first time in many many years I decided not to use photoshop for post-processing, but rather to save renders as cxr files, and use corona image editor. To say that I like how corona image editor works would be an understatement. It’s simple and awesome, but someone who uses corona already knows that right :).

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I hope you like it.

I cant help it, I love glass houses. This is another one in my portfolio.
Workflow was pretty standard and straight forward. It was modeled in 3dsMax, rendered in Vray, with very little post work in Photoshop. I used Forest pack for gravel, living room carpet and of course forest.
I Hope you like it
