The complex is designed to be integrated from the ground up with the suburb, blending in with its rural character and reducing automobile dependency by providing exceptional new spaces to live, work, shop, play and relax.

To establish the scene in terms of time and place we have been experimenting with different compositions and have finally come to the conclusion that a bird’s-eye view best fits the storyline.

Our long-term client – Donstroy, one of the largest developers of Russian real estate – has entrusted our team to get on with this project.

Donstroy marketing managers always have a clear sense of purpose. To help them reach their goals we encourage them to engage in the design process and to take an active part in it. This project is no exception. We’ve worked out together with the client ideas and solutions which have enabled us to tell a right story about an architectural concept and to communicate a conceptual narrative.

We have created 20 highly detailed 3d images using different camera angles. We’ve strived to conjure up in the viewer’s mind a verdant urban paradise that offers residents a resort-like atmosphere and wakes up the sense of being wrapped up in the garden. To set the mood of coziness and to provide cohesiveness to the different elements of the illustration we’ve amplified the Golden Hour Sunset light effect to serve as a spotlight for the design. We’ve also tried to accurately replicate mirrored surfaces without making them too flawless or too transparent.

The 350,000 sq.ft. development, including a carpark, will comprise twelve mid-rise residential buildings, six pools, retail and entertainment space, and 5,000 sq. ft. of kid friendly sports facilities.

We’ve placed more of an emphasis on generous greenspace to convey a feeling that living in a small net-zero carbon community is an amazing experience.

“BelArt” comprises five residential towers with up to 23 stories, kids outdoor playgrounds, sport facilities, and a ground level retail complete with things like local bakeries, grocery stores, and cafes.

To make the scene get more complex and developed we’ve shifted a daytime 3D image into a twilight one. Thus high-rise structures have become much more dominant bringing a whole new set of readings and hierarchies.

Two 21-storey towers are combined together with stylobate on four levels of which a retail space is arranged. Panoramic windows with stunning views over the historical city center are included in the project.

The image emphasizes that, using large inlets for air and light and enabling panoramic views, Chkalov makes a versatile living space and definitely adds a new dimension to the city skyline.

Despite growing in the urban core, River Park is being developed in the area surrounded by green spaces. A few of the conservation zones within an easy walking distance include a historical and architectural open air museum and 960 acres of city park.
