I always do personal projects to test and improve lights, materials and composition.
Modeling was done in AutoCAD and 3d Studio Max.
I used floor generator to model and texture the parquet floor.
I wanted a smooth, diffuse, white light from exterior with overexposed background, like most scandinavian interior design projects.
I put great focus on composition and camera focal length.
In V-Ray I used Brute Force and Light cache method, plus progressive rendering.
Depth of field and glow was done directly from V-Ray. Post production in Photoshop with some color correction, levels, chromatic aberration.
