This is the result of our latest efforts: a faithful 3D replica of the Fengqiao Experience Exhibition center located in the Chinese thousand-year-old little town of Fengqiao. Everything is made with Cinema 4D, Corona and a touch of Photoshop.

The purpose of this project was to create a public space for residents and a welcome area for guests and tourists coming from all directions. This facility has also the functions of exhibitions, commerce, and small meetings. Designed by UAD and photographed by Quiang Zhao.

Our latest mission was to portrait the reborn of Century-old Hangzhou Normal University in this new campus that consists of more than a dozen colleges forming a rich puzzle. In the center of these puzzle a huge site hosts a core area complex, with several blocks and a fully open space for pedestrians. Everything is made with Cinema 4D and Corona (and a bit of Photoshop).

The goal of our last images was to create a faithful replica of Casa GP designed by AE Arquitectos and photographed by Lorena Darquea, and play with 3 different natural light setup: daylight, sunset and evening. The most challenging part this time was the setup of a rich looking but light and fast greenery, as always modeled from scratch with SpeedTree, to make the render of trees and grass possible also on a average power computer.

This project is named LSD (that stands for “Laurence Simoncini Décoration”!). Designed by Isabelle Stanislas and decorated by Laurence Simoncini, this apartment is located in front of the Louvre Museum, and this is why you see the replica of Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring”. By the way, the 99% of what you see in these rendering is modeled from scratch, including carvings and floral decorations!

This is our last challenge completed: create a perfect 3D twin of the administrative and technical headquarters for a dermatological product company in Nancy (France) by Studiolada located in the middle of a forest of deciduous trees. Again trees and grass are full 3D, modeled from scratch using Forester for Cinema 4D. Modeling, framing, lighting and texturing: Silvia Labanti with Cinema 4D and V-RAYforC4D. This is our first attempt to make a computer generated image inspired by one of the most inspirational and unexplored places in the world: Faroe Islands. The most challenging part of this artwork was of course the grass roof and the wild vegetation surrounding this little house. Here’s our set of CG images of the Constant Springs Residence by Alterstudio Architecture, located in Austin, United States. We made these renderings to train ourselves to replicate lights and colors from a real photo, pushing Cinema 4D and V-Ray over the limits. Almost every tree, bush and plant are modeled from scratch using Speedtree and Forester for Cinema 4D in order to get a very specific shape and foliage. Of course there are some differences between render and photo reference. That’s because we didn’t try to replicate the photo, we tried to improve it!
