Let us present a result of a fruitful collaboration between Terodesign and M3 Architects. “The Highview Park” project represents a combination of the traditional past and nowadays. A residential complex was neatly integrated into the classic architecture of London suburban. This complex is designed to provide a comfortable living with close interaction with the infrastructure. The ground floor also represents a wide range of local restaurants, cafes, and shops. We are convinced that this facility will become a worthy example of contemporary London architecture and a wonderful and peaceful place for all inhabitants!

Everyone would be delighted to chill in his own garden after a hard-working day with a cup of delicious tea. We received a project from Conmoto for visualizing their design of the elements for the garden and house. And now we would like to share the results of our work with you. We had to visualize the summer kitchen, an outdoor fireplace, and a bowl for washing garden equipment and other accessories. This was quite an interesting experience for us, as we had to pay enough attention to individual pieces of furniture to show them as attractively as possible. We hope, looking at our pictures, you would also like to taste an exquisite dish prepared in this elegant kitchen or warm yourself on a cool evening by the fireplace with the chirping of cicadas. We received a request from Koch Wohnbau GmbH to create a set of exterior visualization for an apartment house in Bad Krozingen – a beautiful and cozy town in western Germany. This house emphasizes and conveys this sense of coziness to its full potential. The area around the house is simply intended for a calm and measured life away from the everyday haste of the crowded city. And we hope that you share this feeling with us as well. Our task in each project is to try to convey the atmosphere of presence and encourage the viewer to buy an apartment in this property. Our client was satisfied with the result and we hope that they will be able to quickly sell the apartments in this building. It was a pleasure to work on such kind of project and we hope to work on similar projects in the future!

Let us kindly introduce another project that we created for the Arctic Mirage studio in January 2019. This particular building is situated in Victoria state in Australia. Our task within this project was to create a set of visualizations for selling the property. Being inspired by the architecture made by FATT!STUDIO, we decided to dream up a bit over this project and update the pictures and now we are ready to present the result to you. You can see how different lighting can create a different atmosphere and make the facade look dreamlike. We hope that this project will give you unforgettable emotions!

This particular project is a result of a fruitful collaboration between Terodesign Studio and M3 Architects. The task was received from a client in Israel to create the conceptual design and produce a set of renders for his 460m2 Penthouse. The design was created for the living area, dining, kitchen, and terrace, and a set of renderings brought this design to life. This combination of luxurious materials and furniture will give a lasting feeling of comfort and calm, while the view on the Mediterranean nature from the terrace will encourage new adventures. Let us kindly introduce one of the recent projects that we created within incredibly tight timeframes. We received an order to produce a set of pictures of the school concept from Ippolito Fleitz Group from Stuttgart. The halls of the building are quite spacious and glass walls give an opportunity to enjoy a beautiful view during the breaks between classes. The area outside has large greenery zones. The structure that covers the courtyard contains solar panels that produce additional energy for the needs of the establishment. Working on this project was quite challenging, nevertheless, we are happy with the result. Please, feel free to give your rate to this project!

This was an unusual project. We received a request for the visualization of this project in 2018, however, for some reason, the project wasn’t started then. Nevertheless, we really liked the architecture of this building and we decided to make several visualizations of this project just for fun. We wanted to place this building in some unusual environment and we decided to show it as a country house in the forest. We really hope that we managed to convey the atmosphere of airiness and relaxation. Please rate it if you like this project.

„Wasserkunst“ is situated in Lübeck between Ratzeburger Allee in the west and Wakenitz in the east in St. Jürgen district. There are 12 separate houses in this area, and this particular house has 3 floors. This building presents the elegance of architectural decisions and functionality. The surroundings of this house are displayed with a beautiful river passing nearby and scenic area. This quiet and peaceful place will not leave you indifferent.

Terodesign Studio would like to present our most recent project called Savelovsky City Business Center Office. Our task was to produce gorgeous visualization for the IT company office design, made by Ricco-Interno studio. The combination of colors and materials in this office gives a feeling of wide space area around you, being at the same time the place where you can resolve your daily working issue and easily communicate with teammates. Our task within this project was to develop the concept of minimalistic loft of a small apartment in a high-riser. Here we used reasonably priced, simple and efficient materials, leaving a lot of free space in the room. First of all, we wanted to achieve a sense of orderliness of all elements of the interior and a feeling of a large space, while mixing rough materials of brick and concrete with neatly painted walls and new wood. This project was created for an Indonesian app development company Insvire. We really enjoyed working on it, as the design is rather expressive. The deadline was quite tight, but our amazing team was able to complete it on time. The building featured in this project consists of 3 floors: – Lobby, kitchen, and meeting room are located on the first floor – Second floor houses the division and coworking areas – The third floor contains the relaxation area The Insvire offices project was truly great to work on and we are looking forward to many more interesting collaborations in the future.
