The images themselves are 90% CGI with some photography filling in some of the more distance and iconic buildings on Duke Street which leads down to the docks and the far end of Liverpool One. We even got to model the famous Wolstenholme Square “balls-on-stems” sculpture! We went for a muted tonal pallet overall with soft light/shadows and, as the streets are quite narrow, in order to get more light and interest in the lower parts of the images, we opted for post rain streets so we could bring down sunny highlights into the shaded areas through reflections.

We chose to go down a full CGI route with this set of images so we could have full control of lighting and camera position on the restricted streets. This threw up it’s own challenges as we really needed to achieve the weathered look to all the buildings so that it was in keeping with the character synonymous with the area.

New build development containing 8 luxury two bedroom apartments right on the edge of Bramhall Park golf course just outside of the Greater Manchester area.

We were initially asked to produce a single rear elevation shot of this new private residence to be built in Hale, just outside of Manchester – UK. There was a lot of back and forth with various brick selections to help with the design process and this is the end result. Following the success of this shot we’re now due to complete a shot of the front elevation as well as 2 internal VRs for further marketing purposes.
